We built the store so there is nothing on this site for anyone to steal. Payment happens on Shopify's secure checkout, the same one millions of stores use.

Encrypted checkoutCheckout runs over HTTPS on Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest standard for handling cards.
We never see your cardCard numbers go straight to the payment processor. We don't store them, and we can't see them.
Fraud checksEvery order is screened for fraud. Pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay and your card number isn't even shared.
Your files stay with youSTL files and logos you try on our site are checked in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded until you choose to send it.
We will never ask for your card number, password or ID by email, Instagram DM, text or phone. Only pay on our checkout page. If anyone claiming to be Pristina Grid asks you for payment details another way, don't send them. Message @pristinagrid0 or email pristinagrid@gmail.com to check.

Questions we get a lot.

How is my 3D print priced?

By what your part actually uses: the grams of filament (which depend on its size, the filament you pick and the infill), how long it takes to print, and a few minutes of prep, cleanup and packing. Parts start at $10. The quote shows you each part of the price, and bigger quantities get a volume discount automatically.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay, based on where it's going. We ship within the US.

What files do you accept?

STL for the instant quote. STEP, OBJ, 3MF, drawings or a phone photo with a ruler in frame for hand quotes. If you only have a broken part, we can work from that too.

Is the instant price final?

It's an estimate from your file. We check every file before printing and confirm the final price with you first. You're never charged for a part you didn't approve.

Do I see my sign or keychain before you make it?

Yes. Every custom sign and keychain gets a digital proof by email before we cut or print it.

Can my photo go on a keychain or sign?

Photos don't print or cut well because we work in solid colors. Logos, icons and bold text work best. DM us your picture and we'll tell you honestly what will work, or suggest a simplified version.

How does the NFC part work?

A small NFC chip sits inside. Any modern phone that taps it opens the link you chose. No app needed.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. You pay on Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and your card number goes straight to the payment processor. We never see or store it. We'll also never ask for card details, passwords or ID by email, DM or phone.

Can you do one part? Bigger runs?

Yes to both. Parts start at $10, and above that a part only costs what it uses. Runs go up to about 1,000 pieces with volume pricing.

Where are you based?

We're a US-based shop. Everything is designed and made in-house, in the US.
